Admission decisions are made based on a variety of factors including but not limited to:  strength of high school curriculum, GPA, class rank, ACT/SAT test scores, participation in co-curricular activities, and essay response.  In addition to other curricular requirements, admission to engineering requires four units of high school math including pre-calculus or calculus and three units of science including physics and chemistry.  Please visit the Admission Requirements page for more information.

The University of Cincinnati is dedicated to cooperative education. Students will alternate semesters of classroom education with cooperative learning out in the field.  Details may be found here

Additionally, all CAECM students will be expected to purchase a laptop conforming to the specifications on the Laptop Specification page.
