UC's Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics Hosting Graduate Seminar

The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics is offering a Graduate Seminar on “A Discontinuous Galerkin Chimera Overset Solver,” presented by University of Cincinnati PhD student Marshall Galbraith on Sept. 20. The seminar is being held on UC’s Campus in Baldwin Hall from 3:00-4:00 PM in room 755.

The Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics is hosting a Graduate Seminar on “Advanced Turbine Engine Materials,” “A Discontinuous Galerkin Chimera Overset Solver,” presented by University of Cincinnati PhD student Marshall Galbraith on Friday Sept. 20, 2013. The seminar is being held on UC’s Campus in Baldwin Hall from 3:00-4:00 PM in room 755.

Marshall Galbraith received both his B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and is currently preparing for defending his Ph.D. dissertation at the University of Cincinnati.

Galbraith is the recipient of a number of scholarships and fellowships including the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship; the AIAA Orville and Wilbur Wright Graduate award; the University of Cincinnati Herman Schneider Exemplary Co-op Student, the Bradley Jones Award, and the R.T. Davis Graduate and Undergraduate awards.
