2020 Women of Color Summer Engineering Camp

Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19:

Due to COVID 19, our 2020 Women of Color Summer Engineering Camp will be offered online this summer, during the pre-announced dates, July 20 - July 24. 

The Office of Inclusive Excellence and Community Engagement stands ready to deliver an exceptional virtual summer camp "Discover the Possibilities: Become an Engineer."  Our campers will have the opportunity to hear from top female engineers in the industry; view exciting demonstrations; participate in fun experiments; and so much more.  Additional virtual camp details will be emailed to all students who registered.

Date: July 20, 2020 – July 24, 2020  9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Do you aspire to have a career that directly helps you change the world? Would you like to understand how you can use your strengths and talents to make an impact?

The Women of Color Summer Engineering Camp brings together rising 9th grade through rising 12th grade women of diverse racial backgrounds to spend a week at the College of Engineering and Applied Science.

  • learning about engineering fields and opportunities
  • engaging with female engineers

All while having fun, as students discover how their talents can help change the world!
