Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The University of Cincinnati (UC) is monitoring developments and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and Ohio Department of Health on the COVID-19 outbreak. UC is also coordinating with ASME, SME, and JSME to assess the rapidly changing situation and to ensure the safety and health of all the conference participants and staff. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the 2020 conference, ASME, SME, and JSME organizations are considering the option of publishing the accepted papers in 2020 (without oral presentation) through their usual channels. Any new announcement regarding the conference will be updated to the authors and on this website. We understand that you will have questions, so please check back periodically.
