At least one author must register in order to confirm any accepted papers. If multiple authors will be attending, each author must register separately. All conference attendees must complete registration and make the registration fee payment.

The pre-registration deadline is May 15, 2020 after which the rate for the Member Registration will increase to $850 per person, Non-Member to $950 and Student Registration to $450. Onsite Registration will increase to $1,050.
NOTE: Early registration deadline is 11:59 PM EST on the May 15, 2020. All rates are in US dollars.

- Continental Breakfasts, Lunches, and Breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Banquet on Wednesday

- Wednesday Banquet: $80
- Credit Card: Preferred payment. (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) in US Dollars
- ACH Payment: If you need to pay by wire transfer, email email@example.com for UC Banking Information.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Requests for conference registration refunds must be made in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org by May 15, 2020 to receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 15 are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted prior to the program date.
