STEM Conference Attendees
  • Check-in and registration confirmation for STEM 2015 takes place from 7:45 - 8:30 AM at the 3rd floor entrance to Tangeman University Center. Pick up your program and complimentary conference gift then.
  • Please plan to arrive by 7:45 so there is ample time for you to network with STEM Education Resource organizations at the "Showcase of Regional STEM Education Resources" in the Great Room at Tangeman University Center. The Showcase is composed of regional STEM representatives who will share their resources via program materials, and other assets for the wide range of STEM instruction, activities and STEM fields they support. Attendees are invited to meander through the Showcase of College and Career Resource and connect with the various college representatives to learn more about careers in which their students might be interested. Students will directly benefit from the career information and instructional resources their teachers receive. The intent is for conversations between teachers and representatives to unfold across the room.
  • The Poster Walk, located in the lobby, just outside the Great Hall at Tangeman University Center runs concurrently with the Showcase, from 7:45- 9:30 AM.  You won’t want to miss this great opportunity to meet with teachers from the CEEMS and RET programs and see real examples of Challenge Based Learning and Engineering Design units of instruction that have been implemented in their classrooms across the greater Cincinnati area.
  • 4 Concurrent Sessions featuring Presentations of STEM Initiative Models and Interactive Workshops begin at 8:30 AM.
