When will the conference take place and what is the conference location?

The MSEC-NAMRC-LEM&P 2020 Conference will take place between June 22-26, 2020 at the Duke Energy Convention Center and Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, OH USA. Please visit Travel page for additional details.

What is the conference registration eligibility and rates?

The authors of the selected papers for the conference as well as non-authors can register for this conference. At least one author must register and present in order to confirm any accepted papers. MSEC-NAMRC-LEM&P 2020 conference is a business event. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted. The rates vary on the type of registration. What are the payment methods for the conference?

The conference vendor accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover; in US Dollars. Participants are encouraged to submit an online payment, however to make any other form of payment, please contact event.services@uc.edu

Are the papers submitted to MSEC/NAMRC/LEM&P peer-reviewed by the technical committee?

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to event.services@uc.edu prior to May 15 to receive a full refund. No refunds can be issued after May 15. There are no refunds for non-attendance.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

The conference hotel room block will take place at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, which is conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati and two blocks from the Duke Energy Center. The group discounted rate is $178 per night, plus taxes. Please note that limited number of rooms are available for discounted price. Please visit the Travel page for additional information.

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

Are there any recommended guidelines for presenting the paper during the technical session?

  • All the participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the session starts and test the computer connection to make sure all videos, animations, and other special effects operate properly.
  • Introduce yourself to the session chair.
  • Prepare and practice your presentation.
  • Plan to finish your presentation in about 20-25 min and leave 5-10 min for Q&A.
