The University of Cincinnati received a $4 million award from the National Science Foundation to establish a Cybersecurity Scholarship for Service program.
With processes like banking and government systems almost entirely digital, the security of digital assets is absolutely critical. Cyber security research focuses on protecting computer systems and networks from manipulation, damage, and theft.
The research is very relevant now and of great interest to government and industry.
