Information for Applicants

REVAMP is an experiential learning program for individuals experiencing major life changes who want to pursue careers in advanced manufacturing via advanced manufacturing practicums in local manufacturing industries.

Participants will need to complete online asynchronous learning modules, in-person hands-on training with equipment, and two 15-week paid internships.

REVAMP welcomes all U.S. citizens with some education and/or practical experience in science, technology, engineering and/or math (STEM), who are having difficulty re-entering the workforce following major life transitions. Veterans and their spouses, immigrants and new Americans, people who took a career break, and individuals who are historically underrepresented in STEM workforce are strongly encouraged to apply.

Participants will:

  • Develop their skills through coursework and hands-on training related to different aspects of emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing
  • Enhance their professional skills through workforce readiness training relevant to careers in the manufacturing sector
