Engineering Design Graphics Course
Engineering Design Graphics
Engineering Design Graphics covers the principles of engineering drawings (Standards and Conventions), Computer Aided Design/Drafting (CAD), and problem solving techniques. With these tools students are able to formulate their ideas into a 3-D model to arrive at a possible solution for an existing problem. In general this course will give the students the necessary tools for communicating their ideas to others effectively and precisely. This is accomplished by learning the standards and conventions that are being used in industry for the design and fabrication of components. In addition, the course will provide students with the opportunity to display their ideas (3D solid objects) in 3D computer model form.
